Mrs. Watkins Retirement Celebration was a mix of sadness and
well-wishes. And who could say it all better than our students.
"When you read you make us happy, sad, good, bad, and always glad we came."
"I hope you do more fun things with your life, because a school library is kind of boring to just sit here all day long."
Fifty-four amazing readers were invited to this year's
Bluebonnet Breakfast. While parents proudly served their
readers, Mrs. Watkins congratulated each with a certificate
and a medal! Help Me, Mr. Mutt! won the vote as the
2010 Texas Bluebonnet Award winner. Our readers, though,
thought Someone Named Eva was a winner.
