Calling All Parents to Volunteer, Centennial Field Day 2012 is HERE!!!   Field Day is Friday, May 18th.  Come and volunteer to be a part of the fun!   Our on-line volunteer system is up and running and you will be able to sign up beginning Friday, April 20th, 2012 at 8:00am.   Because Field Day is such a popular day for our volunteers, we only have 120 volunteer positions available and they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis!!! You will be able to volunteer for a shift that fits your schedule for that day. Grades K-2 is from 8:00am-10:30am and Grades 3-5 is from 11:30am-1:45pm.  Volunteer must stay for their entire shift.   To Volunteer, please log on to https://centennialpta.membershiptoolkit.com  using the email and password you previously created. Select the volunteer job that works for your schedule.  Homeroom Reps DO NOT need to sign up via the on-line system.   Important notes: Once you have volunteer on-line, you will be assigned to a specific station.  Your assignments will be provided to you either the day before or upon check-in on Field Day. If you do not register through the website, you will not be allowed to volunteer!! Only those with security clearance through PISD may volunteer to help with Field Day!   Thank you in advance!  Without our volunteers, Field Day would not be possible! Plans are getting finalized for this exciting event!  You won’t want to miss the fun bounce houses, DJ, basketball games, popcorn, snow cones, and the return of the favorite photo booth, and rock wall!  We have the popular face painting and sand art returning as well as Chic-Fil-A chicken nuggets and much more!   There will be a live auction at 6pm with several exciting items to bid on.  This is your chance to have your name on the Centennial street sign at the school entrance, front row seats at the 5th grade celebration, your own personalized and reserved parking space, first place in afternoon carpool line, a social membership at Gleneagles, and Principal Napoli’s parking spot the evening of 5th grade celebration.  Come prepared to bid and win these fabulous items!   If you are interested in helping with the picnic set up, clean up, or willing to volunteer that night, please contact Debbie Frnka at hospitality@centennialpta.net or 972-345-2834.    Teen siblings make fabulous helpers too and can earn honors hours!      2012-2013 Spirit Wear Pre-Order Form Please return your order form and money to the Front Office no later than May 31 to receive your order at Sign Up Centennial in August!  Spirit Wear Pre-Order form click here   Box Top Race to the Finish It's a race! Every box top you collect is worth .10 cents for Centennial!    To access the Box Top Race to the Finish form, click here and fill it with box tops and be the first to cross the finish line! Neatly clip the box top and glue it on the spaces indicated. Expired box tops cannot be accepted.
